Earth Reality

                As a species, we share a common evidence: the Reality of the Moment!

It seems to me that our general perception of what's currently happening on our planet can be summed up in one word: Chaos!

                Obviously, every "biped-tricerebrate" (that we are) is currently living with the worry of what lies ahead. Fear of the unknown! The anxiety of the future!

Who are we? Where do we come from? Where are we going?

                Since there seems to be no magic formula for solving life's enigma. So how do we cope with this chaotic...stressful...anxiety-provoking reality? This unbearable earthly reality of the moment. Yes, everything seems to be going wrong. Beyond the geopolitical reality of humans... Mother Nature is calling us to order. Her balance is threatened, and the symbiotic organism of which our species is an integral part is reacting in its own way to survive (as our organisms do when assailed by invaders: microbes, viruses, cancers, etc.). The DNA effect!

                So, the earthly reality of the moment seems to be pointing us in the direction of what is known worldwide as Climate Change.

                A fundamental reality for the survival of all life on our planet, beyond any socio-political power. However, it is up to each and every one of us, as well as governments around the world, to realize that we are facing a terrestrial reality that requires collective action to deal with the effects of climate change.  The political power game has nothing to gain when Chaos takes hold of the population.

                How, then, can we best survive and adapt to our terrestrial reality???? Would a global humanist wave be enough? I think it would.

                Perhaps by learning more about who we are, what we're made of, and discovering the wonders of our neuro-cerebral potential. Our basic computer, of which we are the masters.

Post-Earth Reality

                Post-terrestrial reality, as proposed by the good doctor, refers to a global and intrinsic awareness (basic DNA & Nervous System) of who we are, beyond our capacity of consciousness to interpret the whole universe as each of us can conceive it.

                Namely: life on Earth and beyond! No matter what anyone believes about the explanation and meaning of life here on earth, no one can claim to have the ultimate truth. Perhaps and no doubt because our destiny is constantly evolving...like a DNA spiral!!!! The unfolding of Life! The Mystery of Inescapable Being!!!

                Life on Earth originated in the abyssal depths of the oceans in unicellular form under specific conditions, gradually developing through mutation and genetic variation to form marine life.

                At the same time, on the surface, all the elements were falling into place to form an atmosphere suitable for terrestrial life, until life emerged to make its great migration and tread the ground with the appearance of amphibians, which in turn gave rise to the first terrestrial mammals through diversification and mutation of the universal DNA code.

                The human species then entered the great game of Life as the greatest mutation to date, complex beings still in the making, who in turn spread across the planet by migration.

                Here we are, at the start of the 21st century, on the threshold of a new reality: migration into space, the Space Migration of the good doctor's S.M.I2.L.E. slogan. This migration operation has already been underway since the middle of the last century, with space exploration.

                Hence this "post-terrestrial" notion suggesting that the human species is still in constant mutation, gradually developing towards its next evolutionary stage, as so aptly suggested by the Star Trek series: Space...the Final Frontier!!! (Space...the Final Frontier!). From water to land to space!

                The human species has now reached this crossroads of growth. Like future astronauts, we're in a period of apprenticeship, developing our neural circuits. The new post-terrestrial mutants are in the making. If all is not well in today's terrestrial perception for many humans, it's quite the opposite for the Evolutionary Agents of a New World, who cultivate the notion that we're at the dawn of a cosmic metamorphosis...because the future for us is promising and full of hope...The adventure is just beginning!!!

We are at the dawn of a great birth, in total symbiosis with our subatomic and interstellar nature! "Mutate...Come home in glory", chanted the good doctor in his Star Seed broadcast. Humanity is in gestation, and in the future will hatch to find its cosmic origins! But childbirth is not painless. Ask any woman to tell you about this high-intensity natural psychedelic experience!

Don't be afraid to face the new reality, despite the apparent chaotic climate on our planet. Remember, out of Chaos comes Reorganization!

And the good doctor in all this?

                Dr. Timothy Leary...a top-of-the-range Evolutionary Agent. Commodore Leary...like the absolute Master of his space-time ship, who has devoted his existence to suggesting ways for others to navigate our post-terrestrial reality. Not a guru as many have accused him of being, but a teacher with empathy for his fellow human beings who proposed a theory of neurological evolution as important as Darwin and even Einstein.

                From his expulsion from Harvard University, where he was researching human psychology and the intelligent use of mind-altering substances to better explore our intrinsic nature, to his incarceration in the USA's highest maximum-security Folsom prison, he never ceased to be determined and consistent with his message: SMI2LE (Space Migration, Intelligence Increase, Life Extension).

                At the end of the last century, before he left the planet to continue his cosmic exploration, he invited us to make better use of our cerebral capacities and work for our freedom to be and think:

                It's a simple proposition: it's up to each of us to make the most of our brains... that powerful computer whose capabilities we hardly know. Using his theory of evolution as a model, we can gradually decipher the Scriptures of Life printed in our genetic code! Isn't that a luminous proposition in these times of planetary chaos? It's what I deeply believe, hence the mission I've given myself to share what has nourished me for so many years and led me to see a Light through the Darkness: to continue the good Doctor's Retransmission!                                  This is what I propose to explore in this latest literary opus. An invitation to discover or rediscover Dr. Timothy Leary's proposals. I hope this exploratory journey brings you Light, Well-Being and Love!
